Do I have to book in advance?
All customers have to book in advance to ensure a place in the class, classes get booked quickly and there is limited availability. To book you first class you must book through Survey Monkey and our staff will get back to you shortly. To ensure a place in a class please make sure you contact our staff to book. If you cannot attend a class please let us know 48 hours in advance, if you should fail to attend without notice twice then we will automatically revoke your voucher and all other classes will be cancelled.
What do I need to wear or bring?
Although Zumba classes do have a party feel, high-heels or other normal shoes can be dangerous. People tend to wear their normal gym clothes, so loose clothing and trainers or dancing shoes. Also please bring water or other sports drinks to keep hydrated.
Are there any restrictions for participants?
People under the age of 14 cannot take part in Zumba and those 14-16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When it comes to fitness it does not matter as you can take a break whenever needed.
Zumba does not require any past dance experience and is a simple way to just keep you moving.

Voucher information
We only allow one person per voucher unless more are purchased for others or as a gift. We will need full contact details and will keep in contact on a regular basis.
Vouchers may be refunded through Groupon should there need be.
Once vouchers have expired we cannot book you in for classes.

We may be required to change times or venues but we will give you a full notice should that be the case. If we cancel a class we will also let you know in due’s notice and that class will not be counted as part of your classes.

All information on our system is confidential and will under no circumstances be handed out.
